Job Summary

ESFM  will provide the following facility management services through either self-performed services (services that ESFM will perform with ESFM own staff), or through approved ESFM  Subcontractors (the “Services”)
 
Site Support Services

Vendor Management of the following
Janitorial services, waste management, fire alarm monitoring, space management, Pick-up frequency of such Waste/Recycle/Compost Services is subject to adjustment at the discretion of SHOPIFY Canada. If frequency is affected by a holiday of any kind, ESFM  will notify SHOPIFY’s waste consultant as required to reschedule the missed date on the next available day within that week to make up the missed service day due to the holiday. SHOPIFY Canada must approve any changes to the specified service frequency.
 
ESFM personnel must wear a uniform that clearly identifies them as ESFM  personnel. Examples include a company patch or logo on a shirt, sweater or jacket. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this applies to the handymen and janitorial staff only.

ESFM  will work with SHOPIFY Workplace Services to define policy/process/metrics that will be applicable to and best suit SHOPIFY's needs and priorities.

Expected jobs include but not limited to:

 

• Categorize, document/track different issues.
• Provide different level contacts: i.e. email, telephone or face to face as per nature of issues and issue governance and escalation process.
• Ensure a rapid response to critical incidents that would have an immediate operational impact on the SHOPIFY's day to day business. 
• Ensure customer satisfaction by following up issues that have been actioned and closed off if necessary.
• Manage or coordinate with the Facility Service contractors to meet service task obligations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that all incidents, accident, emergency procedures are up to date and that all related Personnel understand their individual responsibility and associated tasks.
• Complete/cooperate with the safety audits at the agreed upon schedules with SHOPIFY.

 
Workplace Management: Audio & Video Cabling
Expected jobs include but not limited to:
ESFM might also be required to coordinate with SHOPIFY Canada's Information Technology team to manage the Audio & Video Cabling spare parts and to schedule the installations as required.
 

Equipment Maintenance
ESFM  is required to provide both preventative maintenance and repair Services in compliance with warranty terms to ensure all equipment is in good working condition. Areas include but not limi
