As a Sr. Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing innovative solutions, conducting thorough requirement analysis, documenting technical specifications, and ensuring the seamless operation of complex integrated systems to drive forward our business initiatives.

Responsibilities

Integrated Solution Development & Technical Excellence

Focus: Take on the exciting challenge of delivering robust, scalable, and high-quality systems through your technical leadership and innovative approach.

• Develops and configures integrated solutions across complex, medium to large systems.

• Leads complex development efforts in multiple technologies, escalating only the most advanced issues.

• Designs with performance, scalability, and optimization in mind; proactively monitors and refactors systems.

• Maintains system quality by testing, establishing and enforcing coding and process standards.

• Resolves critical production issues and mentors' peers through technical guidance and hands-on troubleshooting.

Strategic Partnership & Business Alignment

• Leads IT-business meetings, translating technical insights into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

Education / Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field or equivalent experience and demonstrated ability required
• Minimum six – ten years of experience as a software developer or other relevant IT discipline with demonstrated proficiency across multiple current technology disciplines required
• Strong preference for candidates with demonstrated experience as a full stack developer
• Mastery in the full software development life cycle, dynamics of applications development projects, and agile software development practices required
• Working knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, FERPA, GLBA, PCI, etc.) as they relate to data integrity and privacy preferred
• Education Industry experience a plus

 

Skills

Full-Stack Technical Expertise & Cloud Integration

Focus: Delivering enterprise-grade, scalable, and modern solutions through deep technical specialization.

• 5+ years of experience with .NET/C#, ASP.NET Web API, SQL Server, and enterprise integrations.

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, OOP/OOD, design patterns, and modern architectural principles.

• Skilled in Azure PaaS (Functions, App Services, Service Bus, Web Jobs) with exposure to AWS/GCP.

• Performs complex data analysis from diverse sources and integrates with platforms like Dynamics 365.

• Keeps up with best practices in modern development including CI/CD, automated testing, and Blazor UI design.
