The Global Product Operations Specialist will play a key strategic role in our Global Product Operations team and building a product-led culture at Equifax. This role will directly support key stakeholders and executive leaders across Product, providing strategic internal communications counsel and developing/deploying communications to global internal audiences. The Specialist will also support the Global Chief Product Officer and Global Product Management leadership in the development of Executive Communications, town halls and events, and other key high-profile deliverables.
In partnership with the SVP of Global Product Operations, this position will ensure consistent delivery of content and experiences to drive employee growth, behavior change, and culture. This individual will be responsible for communicating consistent, accurate, clear, and effective messages across all media and channels.
What you will do
Culture change: Be a driving force of the enterprise-wide cultural shift to a Product-Led mindset through continuous, consistent, and clear content shared with the Equifax product community and the broader Equifax enterprise overall.
Engagement and evangelism: Work with our Enterprise Product Council to transform Equifax as a premier destination for Product Management talent by creating opportunities for engagement with employees and the broader product ecosystem internal and external to Equifax.
Awareness, understanding, and adoption: Work with the Global Platforms teams to develop and publish content supporting adoption of and usage of Equifax Global Platforms for Equifax products.
Program Management: Act as overall program manager for Product communications, maintaining an updated library of key messaging, developing tactical comms/engagement plans, and overseeing measurement/reporting to drive overall impact.
Internal Engagement: Produce messaging, internal campaigns, digital communities, events and programs to educate and engage the Product team.
Strategic alignment: Network with other PDAT communicators and across the organization for messaging, content and platform coordination, scheduling and best practices - whether formally or informally.
Content and channels: Execute content across all internal channels, including: email, intranet, video, town halls, executive events and digital signage. Must be comfortable adjusting style and voice to match audience needs, executive tone and channel requirements.
Measure and Evaluate: Collect and analyze data on Internal Communications deliverables; identify opportunities to improve traffic, engagement, and other relevant metrics. Actively manage a central Product content calendar and request/project tracker.
Collaborate and facilitate: Support written communications with visual design when appropriate. Collaborates with the Brand and Creative Team to ensure all assets produced are aligned with the brand standards and current campaign messaging.
Manage/execute internal communications strategies including website and content management, email marketing and communications, photography and video, while engaging the organization’s various constituencies and reinforcing brand identity.
Write and edit content for internal communications materials, such as newsletters, email campaigns, and intranet articles.
Continuously improve, refresh and maintain the ProductHUB internal website content to promote Product initiatives and messaging. Deliver timely and relevant internal news, while expanding audience size and engagement.
Lead, direct, and most often perform the management and execution of Product-led global internal events and Town Halls.
Manage the Product Event calendar; maintain the messaging and audience distribution tools and processes.
Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communications and events programs.
Strategize on maximizing internal channels to drive education, behavior change and Culture.
Adhere, and hold others to, rigorous review protocols for employee communications, including brand, legal, compliance, government relations and executive review as needed.
Manage crisis communications for Global Product Management including best practices across the enterprise to ensure timeliness and consistency.
