A Day in the Life
We are currently looking for a Program Manager – Field Inventory to join our field inventory operations group within our Neurosciences group.In this exciting role as a Program Manager, you will create and manage projects that are strategic to the business and work cross functionally with various functional managers while driving program execution. Also, this role will engage with the OU leaders through sales and operational meetings, district and regional field meetings, and daily interactions with field leaders.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct strategic supply chain analysis to foster a continuous improvement environment.
- Develop and implement standardized procedures and best practices for field inventory management.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to reduce losses and optimize inventory usage.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness, and capabilities of field inventory.
- Collaborate with sales operations, supply chain, and warehouse teams to align on inventory needs.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory accuracy, SOGL, short dated/expired product, inventory dollars.
- Support initiatives related to new field deployments, product launches, and product phase out.
- Meet with cross functional groups including finance, operations, customer care, and field organizations for metric setting and reporting.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 5 years of relevant experience OR
- Advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP Certification
- Prior Program/Project Management experience
