A Day in the Life

In this exciting role as a Regional Capital Manager (ENT), you will serve as a strategic sales expert responsible for promoting and selling Medtronic ENT’s capital and service portfolio within a defined region. This position plays a critical role in advancing innovative ENT technologies that improve patient outcomes across surgical settings.

You will develop and strengthen long-term relationships with key stakeholders—including surgeons, hospital administrators, and practice managers—while managing large, complex accounts and coordinating with cross-functional teams. As a trusted advisor, you’ll lead market development strategies, support clinical teams in surgical environments, and drive competitive conversions and strategic growth across the region.

This high-visibility role reports to the Regional Sales Director and partners closely with Marketing, Sales Leadership, and Operations to influence strategy, share market insights, and deliver on ambitious sales targets. With minimal oversight, you’ll engage directly with senior hospital executives, negotiate high-impact deals, and help shape the future of ENT care.

Travel Requirement:
This position requires approximately 50–75% travel across the assigned region.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Promotes and sells Medtronic's ENT products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including physicians, nurses, audiologists, hospital administrators, and practice managers.

  • Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's Neuro ENT products and/or services.

  • Provides support and service to clinical personnel as it relates to the products in a surgical environment.

  • Promotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or services.

  • Conducts market research including customers and competitors activities.

  • Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.

  • Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.

Must Have: Minimum Requirement

  •  Bachelor's Degree AND 7 years of sales experience with 5 of those 7 years in medical sales; or

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 5 years of Medtronic Neuroscience (Pain, Brain or Spine) Clinical Specialist or Sales Rep I experience plus 2 years of prior clinical or medical sales experience.

Nice to Have:

  • Successful medical sales record, preferably with ENT products

  • Knowledge of ENT assigned product/therapy customer base

  • Excellent inter-personal and organizational skills

  • Preference will be given to local qualified candidates and candidates with Medtronic experience
