Market Business Analyst (Markets, Growth & Technology)

Overview

LMI is seeking a full-time Market Business Analyst to support the Markets, Growth & Technology organization. 

This position is hybrid and the selected individual will be expected to be in the Tysons, VA office 1-2 days per week.

Responsibilities

The Market Business Analyst will support Markets & Growth (M&G) operations by serving as an internal consultant to our Market SVPs and Business Development teams. Tasks will include:

• Supporting Markets with reporting, analytics, pipeline management, forecasts, and metrics tracking​.
• Assisting in BD opportunity reviews, BD and B&P funds approvals, and workforce management​.
• Ensuring BD pipeline quality.
• Maintaining a document repository and knowledge management process.
• Developing effective communication​s and guidance for internal distribution.
• Coordinating pipeline improvements with internal developers and external vendors.
• Submitting purchase requisitions.
• Supporting Market SVPs in managing independent consultants, including deliverable, invoice, and payment tracking.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience developing briefings for senior leadership.
• Familiarity using data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, etc.) and SharePoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness and desire to work across a broad range of areas.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Knowledge of Costpoint, including Opportunity Module and Purchase Requisitions.
• Understanding of LMI’s business development processes.
