Overview
LMI is seeking a full-time Market Business Analyst to support the Markets, Growth & Technology organization.
This position is hybrid and the selected individual will be expected to be in the Tysons, VA office 1-2 days per week.

Responsibilities
The Market Business Analyst will support Markets & Growth (M&G) operations by serving as an internal consultant to our Market SVPs and Business Development teams. Tasks will include:
- Supporting Markets with reporting, analytics, pipeline management, forecasts, and metrics tracking.
- Assisting in BD opportunity reviews, BD and B&P funds approvals, and workforce management.
- Ensuring BD pipeline quality.
- Maintaining a document repository and knowledge management process.
- Developing effective communications and guidance for internal distribution.
- Coordinating pipeline improvements with internal developers and external vendors.
- Submitting purchase requisitions.
- Supporting Market SVPs in managing independent consultants, including deliverable, invoice, and payment tracking.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience developing briefings for senior leadership.
- Familiarity using data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, etc.) and SharePoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness and desire to work across a broad range of areas.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Knowledge of Costpoint, including Opportunity Module and Purchase Requisitions.
- Understanding of LMI’s business development processes.
