What you'll do...

As part of Walmart's eCommerce organization, you will be helping build the future of omni-channel retail. The mission of the Search team within is to help customers find and buy the right products from our expanding selection of inventory across stores, Walmart fulfillment and marketplace sellers.  

About the role:

In this role, you will be an essential part of the business team, helping to prioritize, design and build the Walmart online search experience. You will collaborate and develop partnerships with multiple stakeholders across the business such as Operations, Merchandising, Product, Engineering, and others to identify opportunities, solve problems and developing new propositions that drive value for our customers. This is a very high visibility role where we operate in a very dynamic and agile environment. You need to be very comfortable in working through ambiguity, define direction for your team and be ready to roll up your sleeves to execute.

What You’ll do

  • Lead and deliver on key cross-functional projects that span across multiple teams within the organization. Collaborating daily with cross-functional team members across multiple locations
  • Drive execution of multiple propositions and initiatives by identifying customer and operational needs while communicating broader search priorities. Removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance.
  • Communicate roadmaps and priorities across business areas; engaging with key partners to ensure understanding of strategy.
  • Ensuring business & cross-functional partner needs are met by evaluating ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with 4iTB partners, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improvements.

Minimum Qualification:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, or related discipline or equivalent experience in Business, Product Management or related field 

Preferred Qualification:  

  • 5+ years of Retail Ecommerce, Search, or Omnichannel experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Walmart Catalog, Merchandising, and/or Operations preferred
  • Bonus points: Advanced degree in Business, Product Management, or related field
