Technical Support Lead (Traction Power)

As the Technical Support Lead, you will be a part of a team dedicated to the technical support of equipment installation and demolition.  Successful candidates will have strong knowledge of traction power and commissioning and a passion for and dedication to getting the job done.

Requirements

• Responsible for technical support to Contractor and available as needed for resolution of technical issues

• Perform facility inspections during equipment demolition

• Troubleshoot during equipment installation

• Generate requests for information (RFIs)

• Oversight of testing and commissioning 

• Performance of substantial completion inspections as each TBS and TPSS is completed

• Exceed our stakeholders’ expectations by anticipating their needs, desires, and goals

Basic Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in design, electrical contracting, equipment installation and system commissioning

• Implementation of traction power (high voltage electrical engineer with traction power experience required)

• 2 years’ experience in rapid transit industry
