Card Services Dispute Team Leads perform the following functions:
•    Oversee the daily operations of the dispute chargeback team. 
•    Ensuring timely and accurate processing of dispute claims. 
•    Manage complex or escalated disputes. 
•    Provide expertise in dispute claims and make decisions on case outcomes.
•    Confident in decision making with disputes.
•    Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Regulation E and network rules (Visa or MasterCard) in all dispute-handling processes.
•    Recommend new or innovative ideas to improve the overall work environment
•    Present a neat and professional personal appearance, in accordance with credit union professional image standards
•    Exercise sound judgment and discretion while remaining compliant with well-defined limits and guidelines
•    Professional and efficient communications with all departments promoting synergy.
•    Exhibit a high degree of integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism always
•    Exude a positive and professional attitude with members and partners
•    Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will possess:
•    1 - 3 years of card dispute experience.
•    High school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field is preferred.
•    Strong documentation and communication skills
•    Strong problem - solving and time management skills.
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
•    The ability to work in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision is required.
•    The position is “In office, NOT a remote position".
