For the Ardena Business Unit based in Somerset (US), we are looking for a Chief Engineer, Facility Operations. 

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the continuous operation and maintenance of boilers, chillers, HVAC systems, compressed air, purified water, and other critical utilities.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including OSHA, EPA, and GMP standards.
• Manage and lead a team of Blue and Black Seal Technicians, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with NJ state boiler and refrigeration licensing requirements.
• Ensure all facility operations align with regulatory requirements including safety, environmental, and other applicable standards and regulations.

YOUR PROFILE 

• Must possess a valid New Jersey Red or Gold Seal Boiler and Refrigeration License.
• High school diploma or GED with minimum of 7+ years of experience in facility utilities management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in GMP practices and compliance required.
• In-depth understanding of critical utilities, maintenance best practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Capability to lift, carry, and move objects up to 50 lbs.
