Job Description:

GDIT is looking to identify the incumbents on the Army National Guard (ARNG) Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP) contract.

MCTSP will provide training for our Citizen Soldiers.  The program provides individual mission command information systems training, collective battle staff training, and simulations emersion to prepare ARNG units for deployment and domestic operational support.  The program will support over 225,000 Soldiers throughout the 54 states, territories, and the District of Columbia at the six regional Mission Training Complexes (MTC) and at the point of need, as required.  GDIT will provide the trainers and technical staff to integrate the live, virtual, and constructive (LVC) environment and immersive exercises that simulate complex scenarios to enhance training effectiveness and increase readiness.

The likely salary range for this position is $62,075 - $83,983. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
