WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

 

Reports to the NEMEA Head Controlling, leads a team of controllers organized by Market and contributes to the reliability of the financial analysis and the reporting of these markets.

Works closely with Com Ops teams, the Finance Department and the subsidiaries to collect, analyze and disseminate financial information to support the development of the activity.

 

 

YOUR ROLE:

 

• Analyze primary and secondary sales and margins (effects volume / mix, price) ensuring their profitability by segment analysis (country, product, channel) and alert in case of drift
• Prepare forecasts, Budget, Mid Term Plans on a regular basis on various horizons on Sales, SCM, Opex, Treasury
• Analyze the current and expected profitability of each subsidiary by ensuring proper accounting by analytical activities
• Analyze Working Capital (SMOG, expired goods, replenishment, DSO and DPO)
• Prices/Price lists evaluation in relation to the market development and the commercial projects
• Propose corrective actions to be implemented where appropriate
• Develop and disseminate quantitative and qualitative reporting perimeter
• Generally, produce and analyze any indicator to measure and understand the business performance of the subsidiaries under the scope
• Be in charge of economic analysis: tracking ROI of marketing expenses, technical service, evaluation of new customer with credit limit and risk and track investments
• To be the privileged interlocutor of General Managers, Sales teams and Finance Managers, Customer Service
• Propose any improvement of information systems and procedures and alert in case of drift
• Responsible for Prague Site controlling including Finance, Controllership, IT, Customer Service, Data Management, HR, Marketing, Technical Service, Commercial Excellence, Facility Coordination
• Calculate Recharges to all the Legal entities supported from Prague Site and the relevant Commercial Entities
• Work closely with Legal Department on preparation of Interaco Contracts and Commercial Contracts
• Participate in respect of internal control to reliable the process of the structures
• Work closely with Comp & Ben department with General Managers, Sales Managers on Sales Incentive Plan and evaluation
• Work on implementation reporting systems, improvements
• Effectively prioritize tasks and ensures deadlines are met
• Adhering to company culture and department/project guidelines
• Other duties as assigned.

 

YOUR BACKGROUND:

 

• Top finance / management education (Bachelor or Master)
• International qualification is appreciated (CIMA, ACCA, CFA…)
• Minimum of 5–7-year experience in a similar position ideally in the distribution sector
• Organized, voluntary and process oriented
• Excellent relationship builder
• Autonomous, motivated by responsibilities
• Very good knowledge of Excel, SAP, BI Tools, Anaplan
• A good level of English is required, another language would be appreciated
• European travel is required for this role
