Clinical Manager

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN required) for our Raleigh, NC Senior Living office.

Responsibilities for a Nurse Manager:

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Office duties including reviewing documentation, running meetings, giving clinical guidance, and more.
• Supervise a team of clinical staff including RN, PT, OT, ST, and more.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and training new staff.
• Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.
  
• Conduct annual supervisory visits in Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas.

Qualifications for a Nurse Manager:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
• Home Health experience required.
• Acute, med/surg, and/or sub-acute experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
