Although Hajoca is a large company, we work in a decentralized environment where each of our locations, called Profit Centers (PCs), is run by the Profit Center Manager as if it were their own small business. A typical Profit Center is the heart of our business and consists of a warehouse, counter, sales office, and (sometimes) a showroom. Our PCs conduct business under unique trade names and offer a customized business approach, honoring what’s special about each local marketplace.
Hajoca Private Label Brands is one of those trade names and is looking for a Luxart Showroom Outside Salesperson in the Texas region.
Pay for this position is $80,000 - $95,000 per year plus car allowance and commission at this location.
A Luxart Showroom Outside Salesperson develops lasting, ethical customer relationships to maximize our share of the customer’s potential, to meet or exceed the established Luxart faucet sales and gross profit goals, and to increase profit sharing. They become an integral part of each assigned account, understanding the customers’ business and needs, ensuring our role as their primary supplier.
About the Role:
You will:
• Attract and retain customers. Proactively conduct face-to-face customer meetings, visit authorized Luxart showrooms, and meet with decision makers to provide the best possible customer experience.
• Work with the Luxart Brand Manager and General Manager to establish revenue and margin targets.
• Analyze sales reports and tools to establish strategies that assess customer purchase potential, grow market share, and meet or exceed sales targets of Luxart.
• Process sales orders, bids, and job information packages, and perform all sales functions for Luxart in accordance with Company policy and procedures.
• Actively participate in scheduled showroom sales meetings, complete customer call reports, and maintain current customer profile data.
• Find innovative ways to grow Luxart sales with existing showroom customers and identify and implement opportunities for value-added services.
• Investigate and resolve showroom customer problems in accordance with Company policy and procedure and follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Develop best practices and training/development programs to enhance the
performance of Luxart showrooms.
• Build relevant strategic partnerships and programs with key showrooms.
• Develop and implement territory-wide marketing and sales programs.
• Join industry associations to stay informed about market conditions, new technologies, and trends.
• Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned.

About You:
• 5+ years outside sales experience, sales to kitchen/bath showrooms preferred.
• 1+ year of leadership experience
• Able to drive for company business. As a company business driver, you must:
◦ Be at least 18 years old.
◦ Possess a proper and valid driver’s license.
◦ Have a driving record that meets the criteria for being an Authorized Driver in accordance with Company policy.
• Extensive knowledge of selling through a luxury kitchen/bath showroom.
Our ideal candidate will also:
• Use Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel) to communicate via email, to maintain weekly sales plans, call reports, and customer contact files, and to analyze customer data.
• Build influential relationships and trust with Hajoca PCs, Hajoca showrooms, customers and key vendor partners through open and interactive communication.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge to answer customer questions and identify opportunities to upsell or cross sell Luxart product.
• Develop a consultative mindset to understand our Hajoca PCs' businesses and personal goals and invest in their success as a trusted advisor.
• Able to overcome customer objections by recommending profitable solutions, adding value beyond price.
• Able to build positive working relationships and inspire teamwork with co-workers.
