JOB PURPOSE:

The Senior Logistics Data and Process Analyst is responsible for analysing and optimizing logistics processes to enhance efficiency, improve service, and reduce costs. This role involves collecting, processing, and interpreting large datasets to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making within the logistics and supply chain functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Data Analysis: Collect, process, and analyze logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Lead analytics and insight part of logistics / Supply chain projects. Based on a given problem statement, able to articulate and conduct meaningful data analysis to guide for solution findings and resolution.

  • Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators related to logistics operations. partners business by delivering proper insight and trustful data 

  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize logistics workflows.

  • Technology Integration: Utilize advanced analytics tools and software to enhance data analysis capabilities and support logistics planning. Is able to get processes automated and eliminate repetitive activities for the larger logistics team. 

  • Project Management: Lead and manage logistics projects, ensuring the timely and successful implementation of initiatives.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, share insights, and drive continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

SKILLS:

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations.

  • Project Management: Experience in managing projects and leading cross-functional teams. Ability to manage complex change initiatives.
     

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics data analysis or a similar role.

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerBI, VBA advanced knowledge.

  • Advance knowledge of OTM.

  • Strong understanding of Supply chain processes.

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
