Project Assistant for global Safe to Speak Up initiative (f/m/x)

Your mission:
- “Making Mondi safe to speak up” is group-wide, global project aimed at improving the psychological safety, free expression of opinions and exchange of ideas, and productive use of conflict and disagreements within Mondi. If you are an expert organiser, reliable team player and able to diligently steer the project organisation and documentation through the sometimes rough waters of international collaboration, stakeholder engagement and time demands, we are looking for you! Specifically, this means you will…
- Coordinate (regular) meetings and prepare/generate necessary documents (e.g. slides, meeting minutes, checklists, etc.)
- Coordinate (virtual) meetings nationally and internationally
- Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders across time zones
- Track deadlines, milestones and deliverables of project plan
- Manage documents and files on Teams/Onedrive
- Track project budget
- Support the development and implementation of a communication plan
- Support research tasks, for example collecting good practices and ideas from other organisations
Your profile:
- Excellent command of English; other languages are an advantage
- Education / degrees are secondary to experience in organisation / project management training/background is an asset
- Inclusive and socially competent personality with cultural empathy and the ability to manage stakeholders on various hierarchical levels
- Collaborative and supportive team-player
- Pragmatic and result-driven, values feedback and learning

Our offer:

- Duration: unlimited contract
- Extent: part-time (20 hours/week), all-in contract
- We offer a compensation package starting at € 36,000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
