She/He helps change data into valuable insights, often supporting other departments – such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Senior Leadership.</p><p></p><p><b><span>Essential duties and responsibilities</span></b></p><ul><li>Manage, develop, and maintenance of existing databases, reporting tools/systems</li><li>Preparation of reports, presentations, dashboards, and other data visualization tools for our stakeholders</li><li>Reviewing and interpreting ongoing business reporting requirements</li><li>Developing innovative initiatives to enhance the business opportunities</li><li>Undertaking data modelling activities and creating new analytical solutions as well as further developing currently existing ones</li><li>Providing data insights based on available reporting solutions</li><li>Analyzing data to better understand and further improve reporting and analytical environment in company</li><li>Sharing best practices within data analytics and improving adoption of analytical tools and dashboards within company</li></ul><ul><li>Experience with Salesforce and Tableau is highly desired</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Qualifications</span></b></p><ul><li>University Degree (Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Finance/Business Administration)</li><li>Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience (finance or commercial) and/or data analytics, preferably in an international company with a very broad product portfolio</li><li>Experience with Salesforce is highly desired.</li><li>Proficiency in<b><span> MS Excel </span></b>(preferably including <b><span>VBA knowledge</span></b>)</li><li>Analytical mindset and willingness to work with large sets of data,</li><li>Practical knowledge of <b><span>Business Intelligence</span></b></li><li>Familiarity with <b><span>Tableau</span></b> (non-critical, but highly desired), and <b><span>Alteryx</span></b></li><li>Problem-solver with a positive attitude and ability to operate efficiently in a matrix structure</li><li>Fluent in English (at least C1 level)</li><li>Can-do attitude</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li></ul><p><b><span>What we offer</span></b></p><ul><li>Permanent contract (after 3 months, probation period).</li><li>Annual bonus</li><li>PPE program with very attractive conditions available for each employee after 3 months.</li><li>Private medical care</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)</li><li>Holiday allowance and 2 additional days off (conditional)</li><li>Employee referral program</li><li>Multisport card</li><li>Cafeteria-style plan</li><li>Possibilities for development on a personal and professional level</li><li>Friendly atmosphere</li><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Hybrid working model</li><li>Attractive office location, next to the PKP Powiśle station</li><li>Working for a global pharma/med tech leader</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Equal Employment Opportunity</b></p><p></p><p>Baxter is an equal opportunity employer.
