The Opportunity:

Spine & Sport Physical Therapy is a respected leader in evidence-based care in Northern California. As part of the Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN), we combine the support of a national network with the agility and culture of our local clinics.

As Clinic Director, you'll oversee all clinic operations, mentor a talented team, and deliver the exceptional patient care Spine & Sport is known for. You will be instrumental in nurturing the clinic’s growth and reputation, setting a high standard for clinical excellence, collaboration, and service in the heart of Sonoma County.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist with proven leadership experience who is passionate about managing a successful practice. Your role will include:

• Directing daily operations, staff management, and patient scheduling.

• Managing your own patient caseload with personalized, evidence-based care.

• Leading, training, and mentoring your clinical and administrative team.

• Guiding community outreach and marketing efforts to foster clinic growth.

• Overseeing regulatory compliance and monitoring clinic performance metrics.

• Collaborating with PRN’s extensive support team for billing, marketing, and operations.

• Fostering a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and teamwork.

• Monitoring patient satisfaction and ensuring the highest standards of care.

Competitive Compensation:

• Salary: $95,000 to $120,000 annually (dependent on location, experience, and job-related factors).
