Senior Auditor - Risk Management & Operations

The team is set to grow more in the future, right now we are looking for an experienced Auditor focused on Risk Management &amp; Operations. </p> <p><br/></p> <p><br/></p> <p><strong>What you will be responsible for:</strong></p> <ul><li>Review of the adequacy and effectiveness of the ICS</li><li>Analysis and evaluation of all business processes of the bank under the criteria of efficiency, security, functionality and regularity</li><li>Conducting audits (including special audits)</li><li>Independent preparation of audit reports incl. implementable proposals for the correction of complaints, discussion of audit results and control of implementation</li><li>Variation of projects (from the auditing point of view)</li><li>Consulting and processing of complex inquiries from the professional sides and external bodies</li></ul> <p><br/></p> <h2><strong>You bring us these skills:</strong></h2> <ul><li>Successfully completed university studies or comparable professional training in the commercial field</li><li>Knowledge of auditing standards, methodology and processes</li><li>Several years of auditing experience with credit institutions/financial service providers desirable</li><li>Knowledge of the business and administrative processes of a credit institution, as well as securities products and their processing</li><li>Good knowledge of regulatory requirements (KWG; CRR, MaRisk, WpHG)</li><li>Analytical thinking and precise expression</li><li>Confident handling of MS-Office</li><li>Excellent English skills (written and spoken)</li><li>Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team as well as high commitment, flexibility and a high level of quality and service understanding</li><li>Careful work, ability to deal with conflicts</li><li>Occasional willingness to travel</li></ul> <p><br/></p> <h2><strong>Interested?
