Dining Room Servers (Full-time and Part-time)

Job Summary:

Silver Creek Assisted Living in St. Augustine is seeking to hire part-time servers to join our team. As a server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our residents and guests. You will be expected to take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure that our residents have an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

• Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner

• Ensure that all food and beverages are served at the correct temperature and in the correct portion sizes

• Clear tables and clean dining areas after meals

• Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas

• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

• Attend all required training sessions and meetings

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience as a server preferred

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

• Wed-Sat 4p-7p

• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
