The school provides a positive and inclusive learning environment where pupils are encouraged to achieve their full potential, and staff are supported through strong leadership and ongoing professional development. The school is looking to appoint a full-time Primary NQT from September on a long-term basis. The successful Primary NQT will be teaching Key Stage 1, delivering engaging lessons, creating a positive classroom environment and supporting pupils to make excellent progress while receiving guidance and mentoring throughout the placement.
