We are currently seeking a Enterprise Data Strategy Architect to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US).

We are seeking an accomplished Enterprise Data Strategy Architect with deep expertise in data strategy, operating model design, and hands-on data engineering to guide and deliver transformative data initiatives within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. The ideal candidate combines technical depth, strategic vision, and client-facing experience, with a proven ability to architect, implement, and operationalize enterprise-scale data solutions aligned to CPG business needs. This position is located in Atlanta, Georgia. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Data Strategy
  - Lead the development of holistic data strategies that support CPG business objectives, including supply chain optimization, trade promotion management, demand forecasting, and customer analytics.
  - Advise senior stakeholders on data management best practices, data monetization opportunities, and digital transformation initiatives.
  - Assess current-state data capabilities and define actionable roadmaps for achieving target-state data maturity.

Operating Model Design
  - Design and implement target-state data operating models, encompassing organization, processes, governance frameworks, and technology enablement.
  - Establish data governance and stewardship structures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance across the enterprise.

Solution Architecture & Delivery
  - Architect modern, cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) to enable scalable, secure, and high-performance analytics solutions tailored to CPG needs.
  - Lead hands-on solution design and oversee technical delivery, including data pipeline engineering, data modeling, and integration.
  - Develop and deploy reusable frameworks, accelerators, and tools to drive delivery efficiency and consistency.

Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory
  - Collaborate with client business and technical stakeholders to align data strategies with organizational goals.
  - Support pre-sales, solutioning, scoping, and proposal development for new client engagements.

 

Qualifications:
- 12+ years’ experience in data strategy, architecture, engineering, and operating model design, with demonstrated experience in the CPG industry or comparable complex sectors.
- 10+ years proven ability to develop and implement enterprise data strategies and operating models.
- 10+ years experience with hands-on expertise in architecting and delivering cloud-based data platforms and business intelligence solutions.

 

Preferred:
- Strong understanding of data governance, compliance, and risk management in large organizations.
- Excellent client advisory, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience developing frameworks, accelerators, or reusable assets for enterprise data engagements.
- Prior consulting experience with large, global CPG clients.
