AIRE Ancient Baths are temples dedicated to the creation of the ultimate relaxation experience, where time does not exist. Inspired by the tradition of baths from ancient Roman, Greek and Ottoman civilizations, the AIRE Experience always takes place in restored historical buildings in the center of globally acclaimed cities.

At AIRE we are proud to have an international presence with 8 established centers: NYC, Chicago, London, Copenhagen, Barcelona, Sevilla, Almeria, and Vallromanes. We are already looking into the future and moving onwards, with our soon-to-be-opened, Upper East Side and Toronto-2024- facilities.

Tribeca Location:

In the midst of the bustle and fast-paced rhythm of downtown, right at the heart of Tribeca, there is an oasis of tranquility exclusively designed to balance mind and body. Located at a restored historical building, originally an 1883 textile factory, the AIRE experience consists of an unforgettable journey through sensations across the various baths with water at different temperatures that will transport you to the ancient times of the Roman, Greek and Ottoman traditions.

The Role:

As a Spa Attendant/Link, you will be an essential part of delivering the AIRE Experience, ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless and immersive journey through our bathhouse and spa. With a refined and intuitive approach, you will provide personalized service, guiding clients through their bath and massage experience while maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality. Your attentiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail will enhance the tranquil atmosphere and create unforgettable moments for each guest.

Key Responsibilities:

Personalized Guest Experience

• Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, setting the tone for their exclusive spa experience.
• Provide guided tours of the bathhouse, offering insights into the history, rituals, and unique features of AIRE.
• Ensure each guest feels attended to by anticipating their needs and offering discreet yet attentive service throughout their session.

Seamless Coordination & Flow

• Manage the guest journey by seamlessly coordinating treatments and transitions between the baths and massage experiences.
• Schedule and adjust massage appointments while accommodating special requests whenever possible.
• Work closely with fellow Spa Attendants/Links and Massage Therapists to ensure smooth operations and an uninterrupted guest experience.

Excellence in Service & Atmosphere

• Maintain a calm, elegant, and organized spa environment that reflects AIRE’s luxury standards.
• Monitor the flow of guests, ensuring a balance of privacy and attentiveness.

Who You Are:

• Prior experience as a host in a spa or hospitality industry, preferred.
• Strong customer service mentality: friendly, outgoing, and personable demeanor.
• Energetic team player with a passion for assisting high-end clientele.
• Skilled at anticipating the flow of business, thinking ahead, and solving problems before they occur.
• Strong attention to detail: ensure clients have what they need, and remember the fine points of their reservations.
• Ability to multitask with grace, maintaining composure in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Maintain flexibility with scheduling according to business needs.
• Prior experience with reservation systems, preferred.
