Client Accounts Analyst

As a Client Accounts Analyst at our prestigious law firm, you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions and client billing processes.

Duties

• Remote position but must reside in Philadelphia, Baltimore, Chesterbrook, Wilmington, or Washington DC.
• Prepare and process accurate client invoices in accordance with billing guidelines and client agreements.
• Work closely with attorneys and legal staff to address client billing questions and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards related to billing and accounting practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of all billing activities.
• Assist with audits and internal financial reviews as required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of high volume experience collections work within a law firm.
• Have the ability to work in a high volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Aderant and Star Collect experience preferred.
