Iron Mountain is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Tech to join our Operations & Supply Chain team. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient, accurate, and safe handling, storage, and retrieval of client documents and materials within the warehouse.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
Safely and accurately, process inbound and outbound client material, including lifting up to 50 -60 lbs and operating material handling equipment (MHE) like forklifts.
Collaborate with the Operations and Client Services teams to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and daily production goals.
Ensure strict adherence to Iron Mountain's health, safety, and security policies, including all chain-of-custody protocols.
What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
1 year of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.
Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and basic warehouse management principles.
Proven ability in maintaining high attention to detail and accurately managing physical inventory records.
Climb stairs, lift up to 70 pounds and be able to use tools to maneuver materials
What We Offer
Shifts: Consistent first-shift schedule, Monday-Friday.
Hours 8:00am- 4:30pm
Contract Position

This is a temporary position, estimated duration of the project is 12 months, potential to move to a regular role based on business need and performance
Rate: $20.00 per hour - because this is a temporary position no benefits will be offered and there is no paid time off
