The Kvinna till Kvinna Foundation has defended women’s rights since 1993. For every woman’s right to be safe and to be heard. About the internship

You will collaborate closely with the HR & Security department, which consists of three members and you'll have a designated supervisor. As part of our team, you will support the organisation's HR processes at our head office in Sweden and across program offices in the regions we operate. The internship is typically structured with a mix of administrative support tasks and responsibility for one or a couple of larger development projects that align with the organisation’s priorities as well as your professional growth interests.

Key tasks may include

  • Contribute to developing work enviroment pulse survey

  • Contribute to developing recruitment tools for increased transparency and team alignment

  • Hands-on support in recruitment processes

  • Assisting with HR administration


About you

Formal qualifications:

  • Studies in HR, business management, behavioral science or similar educational background

  • Good knowledge of spoken and written Swedish and English

  • Knowledge in gender analysis or other power structures

  • Experience of working within different cultures

Meriting

  • Coordinating experience

  • Experience of recruitment tools

  • Experience working in an HRM system

  • Experience of other HR processes

  • Experience in collecting data on lived experiences

Terms & conditions

The internship is unpaid, on a full-time basis, and covers approximately 20 weeks, during the spring semester of 2026.

We prefer that you are looking for an internship as part of your current studies or a labour market programme, where you receive reimbursement from CSN or other state funds. If this does not apply to you, you need to mention how your internship is funded.

We will sign an internship agreement and you will have insurance for the duration of your internship.

The internship is based at the head office in Stockholm, with possibility working remotely a 2-3 days a week.

Additionally, you will be part of a group of other interns, each doing their internship in different areas of the organisation.
