About this opportunity
As part of the Process- & Project Management team, you will play a vital role in leading and driving key commercial development and change initiatives across TxB business units. The team is recognized for providing Business Process Management and Project Management capabilities throughout Transaction Banking (TxB) business areas – and is part of the Business Development unit that focus on driving commercial excellence cross TxB covering areas of commercial management, offerings & partnerships and pricing excellence.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and manage business and commercial projects, including project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards
- Analyse complex business problems, develop innovative solutions, and provide strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Analyse and interpret data and insights to form recommendations, secure the feasibility of the execution and viability of the business cases
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and project members
- Monitor and track project progress, identify risks and issues, and proactively develop mitigation plans
- Present project updates, findings, and recommendations in a clear and concise manner
You’ll join a team where you will be part of an exciting and fastmoving area that offers great potential to contribute, as well as building an understanding of the whole value chain in TxB. The role will be based in Helsinki or Stockholm.

Your experience and background:
- Several years’ experience in business management consulting or a similar role
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering high-impact projects on time and within budget
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and one of the Nordic languages
