Sr. Implementations Project Manager

<p><b>Job Summary:</b> </p><p><span><span>The Implementations Project Manager has a diverse range of responsibilities, including defining project scope, creating detailed implementation plans with internal, client, and third-party resources, and ensuring successful, on-time project completion. They </span><span>provide</span><span> regular status updates through reports and meetings, lead high-level steering committee meetings, and act as a trusted client relationship manager.</span></span> </p><p><span><span>Additionally, they manage implementation budgets, actively seek opportunities for service improvements, and oversee the transition from Sales to Global Delivery before a project begins and from Global Delivery to Client Services after implementation.</span></span> </p><p>  </p><p></p><p><span><span><b>Responsibilities:</b></span></span>  </p><ul><li><p><span><span>Create and manage detailed project plans for the assigned portfolio.</span></span> </p></li><li><p><span><span>Manage and coordinate internal CW, client, and third-party resources for project workstreams.</span></span> </p></li><li><p><span><span>Generate weekly status reports and hold weekly status meetings with clients and the project team.</span></span> </p></li><li><p><span><span>Lead steering committee meetings with C-level client decision makers and Clearwater senior management.</span></span> </p></li><li><p><span><span>Handle project commercials, including revenue recognition forecasts and unbilled bookings.</span></span> </p></li><li><p><span><span>Manage and report on resource allocation for the assigned portfolio.</span></span> </p></li><li><p><span><span>Take responsibility for project metrics such as </span><span>utilization</span><span>, go-live adherence, and project billing.</span></span> </p></li><li><p><span><span>Serve as a trusted client relationship manager, ensuring </span><span>timely</span><span> and </span><span>accurate</span><span> responses to client inquiries.</span></span> </p></li><li><p><span><span>Facilitate a successful transition to the steady-state servicing team.</span></span> </p></li><li><p><span><span>Demonstrate the ability to oversee multiple simultaneous implementations with minimal oversight.</span></span> </p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><span><b>Required Skills: </b></span></span> </p><ul><li><p><span><span>Intermediate Technical skills in JIRA, Excel, Clarizen and Salesforce. </span></span> </p></li><li><p><span>Implementing large scale programs (multi-location settings a plus).</span> </p></li><li><p><span>Project manage in a matrix reporting environment.</span> </p></li><li><p><span>Track record</span><span> of delivering projects on time and in budget.</span> </p></li><li><p><span>Ability to seek out, recommend and implement continuous service improvements within the project timeline (and future projects).</span> </p></li><li><p><span>Investment accounting and reporting knowledge.</span> </p></li><li><p><span>Client facing work around Change or Change Delivery </span><span>preferred</span><span>.</span> </p></li><li><p><span>Exposure to investment accounting, </span><span>reporting</span><span> and analytics software solutions.</span> </p></li><li><p><span>Proven </span><span>track record</span><span> of delivering projects or workstreams for external clients.</span> </p></li><li><p><span>Expert Technical skills in project management tools.</span> </p></li><li><p><span>Familiarity with <span>Software-as-a-Service</span> (SaaS) platforms and Fintech solutions.</span> </p></li><li><p><span>Background in Investment Accounting either on the job or via a qualification such as ACCA will be considered as an added advantage.</span><span><span> Strong computer skills, including </span><span>proficiency</span><span> in Microsoft Office. </span></span> </p></li><li><p><span>Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills. </span> </p></li><li><p><span>Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. </span> </p></li><li><p><span>Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.</span> </p></li><li><p><span>Exceptional problem-solving abilities.</span> </p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><span><b>Education and Experience:</b></span></span> </p><ul><li><p><span><span>Bachelor’s &amp; master's in finance or accounting.</span></span> </p></li><li><p><span>Financial Services Experience (Investment, Banking, Insurance, FinTech, etc).</span> </p></li><li><p><span>Consulting experience.</span> </p></li><li><p><span>Securities or financial markets experience.</span> </p></li><li><p><span>Proven experience implementing software solutions in Asset Management and/or Insurance space.</span> </p></li><li><p><span>7</span><span>+ years of </span><span>relevant </span><span>project management and implementation experience working with external clients</span><span>.</span> </p></li></ul><p></p>
