Job Description Summary
The Global Business Consultant - Americas, identifies, develops, and executes partnership strategies to meet/exceed revenue targets (MRR and outright) for the Americas Partner accounts in alongside with the Partner Account Managers.
While the primary focus is supporting the operations accountabilities related to the account management activities for Redistribution & Co-sell partners.
Responsibilities:
- Supports operational functions for partner account teams including accounts receivables, back bill revenue opportunities and usage related partner commercial activities to generate to high value revenue opportunities.
- Help build, frame and support the partner contractual negotiations for Redistribution & Cosell agreements. Work with partner account managers on contract matters including negotiation, renegotiation, term sheets, etc.
- Organize all partner escalations as the central point for any issues to ensure all teams such as Finance, Legal, Business Operations and Sales are determining the best resolution for the business and the partner.
- Work closely with audit and compliance team and manage any partner discussions as the main point of contact for the Americas partner book of business.
- Oversee all client overuse/misuse by analysing the agreements to determine any billing to be executed and/or work with Specialist team to build out any contract renegotiations needed for resolution.
- Manage relationships with order to cash process globally to ensure the Americas Partners book of business is not impacted
Scope:
- Reports into the Global Business Manager
- Manage Americas Global Business Consultants
- Partner and align closely with Finance and Sales Operations teams
Key deliverables:
- Ensuring all partner agreements (Redistribution & Cosell contracts) support our compliance and business objectives as an organisation and generates revenue in line with growth targets
Experience and skills required:
- 10+ proven experience with Partners in financial services
- Exceptional and effective communication skills
- Ability to influence and manage key senior leaders across a matrix management
Compensation/Benefits Information:
LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $77,400 - $129,000.Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP/”bonus plan”). Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.
