Job Description
- Develop financial predictive analytical reports using Power BI, TM1 PAX, and Excel helping visualize risk and opportunities.
- Prepare analysis into monthly, year to date, and full year key variances drivers with relevant and concise commentary.
- Prepare analysis of revenue and expense trends allowing the business to “see around the corner”.
- Support of several North America Central teams as a financial business partner for budgeting, forecasting, and month end reporting. Partnership with stakeholders for analysis of revenue and expenditure
- Support the overall North America budgeting, forecasting and business planning processes, reports, analysis & narratives.
- Support the submission of timely, accurate and commercially focused budget and long-range plan, in line with agreed templates and timetables.
- Prepare and challenge investment/business cases.
- Work with the business when needed to develop analyze areas for margin improvements of the business; establishes key metrics to evaluate the operating efficiency of each business unit.
- Work with Commercial teams, providing support for pricing decisions and submission for C-Level approval.
- Analysis and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Four-year degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field
- Commercial agility: able to use business acumen, accounting and analytical skills to highlight data trends and deliver business results.
- Operational excellence: developing and using KPIs to support revenue growth and manage costs.
- Technology: a good understanding of Power BI, TM1 and other analysis tools to provide commercial insight
- You are articulate and responsive in communications, eloquent in the written and spoken word and able to build strong business relationships.
- Problem solving – you balance stakeholder needs while maintaining brand and business objectives.
- Multitasking and organizational skills, with demonstrated initiative and self-direction
- Experience meeting varying deadlines and managing competing priorities
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Exceptional MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills

- The salary range for this role is $130K-$175K/YR, depending on experience
