Customer Care Excellence Project Manager

Air Liquide Australia is a market leader Gases, Technologies and Services for Industry in Australia. Air Liquide Australia provides innovative, responsive and customer focused services to our product range, which improves the performance of our customers while helping protect the environment.

This is a 12 month fixed term, full time role based out of St Kilda, VIC. Reporting to the Pacific Customer Experience Manager. You’ll be responsible for driving the Customer Care Excellence Project in the Pacific Region ensuring all deliverables and metrics are executed in line with the Project timeline and budget.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

• Manage the integration of contact centre technology with existing business tools

• Create a common knowledge management resource for both employees and customers

• Develop and implement channel strategy 

• Deploy advanced self service resources for customers

• Strong focus on stakeholder and employee engagement
