A Brief Overview
The Partnerships for Wellness Manager will support numerous programs and the Partnership for Wellness Department with supervisory oversight of the acquisition, tracking and maintenance of technology, program related inventory and the initial processing of gift card requests to help ensure that all clinical and or system guidelines for purchasing and using these items are met. Provides direct supervision to staff assigned to support the HFT intake and tracking of other critical information and items as appropriate. Models appropriate behavior as exemplified in MLH Mission, Vision and Values.
What you will do
- Plans, organizes, implements, and coordinates non-clinical activities for the department. Monitors operations to ensure standards and objectives are met. Develops and implements limited or short-term plans to keep operations moving smoothly.
- Plans and schedules work ensuring distribution of assignments and adequate staffing based on workload and productivity standards.
- Develops and maintains performance standards to include quality assessment/improvement programs. Develops and recommends procedures to improve operational efficiency and quality of service provided. Continuously monitors systems in place and proactively makes recommendations to Director for changes and additional measures to ensure enhanced efficiency within the department.
- Develops and implements training and continuing education programs for data coordinator, administrative assistant and other assigned staff. Prepare and submit outcome and/or status reports to the program Manager and Director. Develops and/or provides recommendations that help increase efficiency of work among home visiting team and processes in non-clinical areas that eliminate waste and reduce costs.
- Supports the Program Director and Manager with tracking and monitoring budget line items to stay compliant with funder requirements.
- Develops and maintains a competent, productive, and quality conscious staff by hiring, evaluating performance, counseling, issuing corrective action, and recommending promotion or discharge of department personnel according to the MH value system.
Education Qualifications
- Master's Degree Business Administration
- Master's Degree Operations Management
Experience Qualifications
- 3-5 years Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in operations, management, or supervision.
Skills and Abilities
- Demonstrated expertise in project management.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a variety of disciplines, programs, community members and staff across multiple organizations, religious persuasions, ethnicities and economic conditions.
- Demonstrated excellence in ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of Associates, management, and physicians, and community members.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently exercise sound judgment and initiative.
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Demonstrated proficiency in business writing, verbal and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of basic principles of research, statistics, data collection and analysis.
Licenses and Certifications
- Certification in Infant Mental Health Endorsement Alliance for the Advancement of Infant Mental Health

- Supervises the associates associated with the specific program within the Partnerships for Well
