Position:  Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Planning (San Jose, California)

Duties:

• Design and execute strategic projects that increase the supply chain efficiency of the semiconductor assembly process.
• Performance analysis, troubleshooting, and developing strategic direction to support supply chain planning and operations.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders to drive solution development and change management for improving operational efficiency and KPI’s.
• Enhance business processes to improve delivery performance and manage customer and internal escalations related to semiconductor assembly supply chain issues.
• Design and development of data analytics infrastructure and forecasting algorithms.
• Manage the Lead Time Planning and Yield Planning processes for semiconductor assembly.

May be eligible for a hybrid schedule (work from home and the office)

Requirements: Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Systems Engineering or related field (or foreign education equivalent) plus two (2) years of experience in work experience in the job offered or closely related occupation.

Specific skills/other requirements - Must possess expertise/ knowledge sufficient to adequately perform the duties of the job being offered. Expertise/ knowledge may be gained through employment experience or education. Such expertise/ knowledge cannot be "quantified" by "time." Required expertise/ knowledge includes:

• Advanced Supply Chain Modeling and Planning Systems (eg: JDA/I2);
• SQL, PL/SQL; MES/ERP systems (eg: SAP);
• Tableau, Power BI, and QlikView; and
• Data analysis/statistical tools such as R, Python.

Salary:  $113,300.01/year
