Our opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AI & Automation Solution Lead to join our Professional Services team. As an Automation Solutions Lead, you will oversee the development and implementation of automation solutions within our Professional Services organization. This role typically involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, designing and deploying automation frameworks, and ensuring that automation solutions align with business objectives.

Location: San Jose, CA (onsite ideally) / USA Remote

You will make an impact by being responsible for:

Leading the automation strategy and roadmap for the Professional Services organization.
Managing a team of automation engineers and developers.
Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities.
Designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions using tools like Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Blue Prism.
Ensuring that automation solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
Monitoring and reporting on the performance of automation solutions.
Providing training and support to end-users and team members.

You will be a great fit if you have:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred
10+ years of experience in project management, including agile and waterfall methodologies.
Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills—an ability to identify and prioritize opportunities for automation within business workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Proficiency in data analytics and working with large datasets to develop AI models.
Deep understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and related technologies.
Awareness of ethical implications in AI applications, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

The salary range or on target earnings (base salary + on target incentives) for this position in California, New York, and Washington is $225,000 to $240,000 a year and outside of those locations is $215,000 to $230,000 a year. The salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors. This position is also eligible for equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.
