Position Overview: seeking a diligent and proactive individual to join our team as a Parking Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises during nighttime hours and provide customer assistance as needed. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or damage.
• Monitor surveillance cameras to identify any suspicious activity.
• Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all security-related incidents and activities.
• Ensure that all trucks are parked in assigned spaces and report any unauthorized vehicles.
• Ability to always maintain a secure environment.
• Monitor and enforce parking lot rules – report any violations to management
• Provides excellent customer service as needed
• Routinely removes trash and debris from the lot and clean facilities as needed
• Positive attitude/high integrity
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Supports yard manager

Required Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in security or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of security procedures and protocols.
• Ability to remain alert and attentive throughout the overnight shift.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to security.
• Basic computer skills
• Bilingual preferred but not required.

Job Details

Pay Type: Hourly

Pay Range: $18.00 to $20.00
