Microsoft Cloud Operations and Innovation (CO&I) is the team behind the cloud.  Within CO&I, the Engineering Procurement & Construction (EPC) organization is responsible for delivering core datacenter infrastructure for Microsoft’s cloud business. The MS portfolio consists of complex, multi-disciplinary, large scale, multi-year datacenter construction and lease projects. We are seeking a passionate, highenergy Execution, Operational & Planning (EOP) Regional Project Manager to help deliver the infrastructure that powers Microsoft’s global cloud services. 

Role Summary 

The EOP Manager is responsible for endtoend execution, operational readiness, and planning oversight for leased and build data center projects through Ready for Service (RFS) & Ready for Network Install (RNI). This role leads execution planning, milestone delivery, financial governance, vendor coordination, and crossfunctional alignment across multiple projects and stakeholders. 

The EOP Manager produces and manages integrated project plans and provides oversight of execution of major delivery milestones including Early Access, Ready Network Install, Corpnet Live, Security CX Complete, FitOut Complete, Lockdown, and Colo Ready. The role also holds responsibility for financial approval, budget oversight, staffing, and project controls. 

The EOP Manager delivers highlevel execution, operational, and planning oversight from preconstruction through the full lifecycle of data center construction and delivery. The role requires extensive experience in missioncritical environments, strong technical and construction acumen, and the ability to solve complex challenges through collaboration with key stakeholders and subjectmatter experts. 

This position requires strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; the ability to selfdirect; and a strong background in data center construction, integration, operational planning, financial management, and risk mitigation.
