We are seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team!
This position supports key corporate activities and initiatives as well as bakery operations. Through rich strategic and financial analysis, best in class financial modeling, and concise communication, the ideal candidate is expected to demonstrate a broad range of skills within both commercial and corporate FP&A. General Accounting principles and IT data management principles are necessary for success in this role. The position requires familiarity with a variety of the Consumer and Consumer-Retail industry concepts and best practices. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
Create, maintain, and improve robust long-range planning models capturing core lines of business activity based KPI assumptions. Use of dynamic modeling techniques with the ability to toggle scenarios of strategic initiatives to effectively guide capital allocations and enterprise valuation enhancements is expected.
Support M&A activities and initiatives including deal model creation, diligence, and post-close assumption implementation and integration
Assist with the creation of board and executive team materials to “tell the story” and drive efficient resource allocations.
Provide analytics supporting lease renewals and store portfolio management and maintain store count information for company owned stores.
Work cross-functionally with Support Center partners and create business recommendations utilizing data driven analysis with a focus on retail fixed costs, such as Occupancy.
Improve the speed and accuracy of budgeting and forecasting; collaborate with business stakeholders throughout the financial planning process.
Bridge data and systems to create output that seamlessly informs the business, finding improvements in reporting and processes where appropriate.
Conduct ad-hoc projects, reports and financial analyses as determined by senior management.

EDUCATION – TRAINING – EXPERIENCE
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CFA, CPA, and/or top-rated MBA preferred.
3+ years of cumulative experience in FP&A, a plus if that experience includes a top investment bank, management consulting firm, and/or Big-4 accounting firm
Understanding of all three financial statements and their integration
Familiarity with cloud-based planning & forecasting software
Advanced Excel capabilities as it relates to presenting, processing and analyzing data and excellent PowerPoint and Word capabilities
Experience with database reporting tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI)
Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships
Compensation Range:
$73,008.00 - $127,774.40 per year*Starting p
