Our current focus is on Gnosis Chain, a resilient and credibly neutral EVM chain boasting over 160,000 validators, a diverse range of clients, and trust-minimized bridging to Ethereum mainnet through zk light client bridges and Hashi. We’ve also introduced the world’s first Decentralized Payment Network, Gnosis Pay, and are building a web of trust-based basic income protocol, Circles UBI. Plus, we’re on a mission to simplify self-custody with an easy-to-use wallet - Metri - that offers features like passkey or email onboarding, account recovery options, transaction batching, and gas abstraction. At Gnosis, we believe self-custody shouldn’t be complicated, and our wallet is making it user-friendly.

Do you want to help us drive our mission to create a blockchain platform that empowers developers, businesses, and users alike? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Developer Relations Manager to join our team. The Developer Relations Manager will be responsible for creating and nurturing strong relationships with developers, representing Gnosis at hackathons and events, and ensuring an exceptional developer onboarding experience. You will serve as a key point of contact for teams building on top of Gnosis products and assist in their journey to success.

Developer Onboarding:

• Develop and maintain an efficient developer onboarding process, providing documentation, tools, and resources to facilitate smooth onboarding

Community Engagement:

• Engage with the developer community, providing support, answering questions, and building a strong network of Gnosis enthusiasts
• Organize and host webinars, workshops, and community events to educate and inspire developers

Representation:

• Act as the public face of Gnosis at hackathons, conferences, and industry events
• Promote Gnosis technologies, products, and initiatives to developers and potential partners

Relationship Building:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with external development teams and projects building on Gnosis Chain and Gnosis Pay
• Act as a liaison between these teams and the Gnosis development team

Feedback Loop:

• Gather feedback from developers and relay it to the internal teams for continuous improvement
• Advocate for developer needs and ensure their voice is heard within the organization

Documentation and Resources:

• Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to create and update developer documentation, tutorials, and resources
• Ensure that all essential information is readily available to developers

Technical Knowledge:

• Develop a deep understanding of the Gnosis technology stack and keep up to date with the latest developments in blockchain technology and our specific application clusters

Who you are

• Previous experience in developer relations, developer advocacy, or a similar role, strong knowledge of blockchain technology and experience with Ethereum or EVM-based blockchains

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills

• Enthusiastic about engaging with the developer community

• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in a team

• Willingness to travel to represent Gnosis at events and hackathons
