Our teams deliver engaging marketing assets across Europe for major international brands.<br/><br/>We’re looking for an experienced Senior Creative Artworker to join our Creative Production team in Poland (remote). This role is ideal for a detail-oriented design and production specialist who’s fluent in both German and English. You’ll act as a brand guardian, leading the production of print and digital marketing assets, while ensuring the highest levels of quality and consistency for a major global client.<br/><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul> <li>Oversee, create, and edit print-ready artwork for various media: brochures, flyers, press ads, POS, digital and social assets, and more</li> <li>Adapt and version existing designs to ensure brand consistency</li> <li>Liaise directly with clients, understanding briefs and delivering to high standards</li> <li>Apply in-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and 3D rendering for POS displays</li> <li>Perform retouching, color management, and pre-press tasks</li> <li>Mentor internal stakeholders and uphold creative best practices</li> <li>Manage projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met</li> </ul><br/><h3>Skills and Experience</h3><ul> <li>Create, edit, and prepare print-ready and digital artwork across various media, ensuring brand consistency.</li> <li>Adapt existing designs and oversee artwork origination and versioning.</li> <li>Liaise directly with clients and uphold high standards of service and delivery.</li> <li>Apply expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including 3D rendering, retouching, and pre-press processes.</li> <li>Mentor colleagues and support internal stakeholders on best practices.</li> <li>Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely, high-quality, and on-budget delivery.</li> </ul><br/><h3>Equal Opportunities</h3> <em>adm Indicia is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse </em><br/><em>environment.  We recruit, employ, develop, compensate, and promote regardless of race, religion, colour, national origin, sex, disability, age, veteran status, and other protected status as required by applicable law.
