Senior Product Manager

⚡️Your role

Fastned enables EV drivers around Europe to charge their vehicle with renewable energy and leads the way in making mobility sustainable. In this role, you will create impact by bringing new and most scalable propositions to market, loved by our customers yet work for the business.

With your focus on both B2C and B2B audiences, strong partnering with our Commercial and Location teams, a keen eye for data and great prioritization skill, your team’s success shows through increasing driver and charging volumes at our charging stations; and increasing success in closing location contracts and winning tenders. You will work cross-functional as a member of a scrum team, together with UX, Engineering and relevant stakeholders. As an entrepreneur, you are guided by an in-depth understanding of business goals and user needs, ruthless prioritization efforts, but also follow your heart, intuition, curiosity, play, guts, and taste.

⚡️Your overall responsibilities include

• Develop and drive product strategy through an aligned prioritized roadmap and backlog

• Monitor and measure product performance and feed insights back into the product development lifecycle. Be ferocious and resourceful in improving performance metrics

• Understand the needs of your users, key stakeholders as well as the business, and guide for the prioritization, validation and delivery of various new proposition types through product solutions.

• Work with your users, key stakeholders, UX and Engineering through discovery and delivery lifecycle, taking full accountability for delivered outputs and outcomes for your team.

• Meticulously chase and track bugs to guarantee a seamless experience for your users

• Clearly communicate roadmaps, initiatives and results with your team, users & key stakeholders

• Contribute to improving the product development lifecycle & implementation of best practices

Requirements

You are an entrepreneur with a builders mentality, who thrives in building and iterating products! You have a strong commercial sense and excel in taking ownership of the user journey, understanding user pains, business requirements, and translating those into best fitting solutions. You own your main product metrics, iterating the product where it makes sense. Additionally, you tick the following boxes:

• You possess a master's degree and bring analytical thinking to the job

• You bring product thinking, and experience in making commercial business succeed in a B2C, B2B and sales environment, preferably in a fast-scaling startup or larger organization.

• You think and talk in terms of assumption validation and hypothesis testing, driving business outcomes through rapid experiments, quick iterations & data-backed problem solving.

• You have strong experience in stakeholder collaboration, understanding their needs with the customer in mind, and transforming those into problems to solve & stories to refine with the team

• You are a great coach and communicator, building bridges with relevant stakeholders to guide prioritization, and developing a culture of validation and value delivery.

• You leverage data to drive strategic decisions. You have proven experience of analyzing and using data to make key product decisions. SQL proficiency is highly desirable
