The Raytheon Manufacturing Finance Organization has an immediate need for a Principal Specialist, Program Cost Controls (P3). In this role you’ll be responsible for executing all weekly/monthly/Quarterly KPI deliverables for our East Coast factories. Additionally, this team member will help construct and execute change management protocols generating value to the executing originations via critical analysis. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills & ability to transfer knowledge, resolve conflicts and relay critical information across all multi-functional stakeholder environments. The ideal candidate will use their talents to drive collaboration with the broader value stream finance and business operations finance team. This position is an onsite role based out of Andover, MA.
What You Will Do:
Performing all weekly/monthly/Quarterly KPI deliverables for our East Coast factories.
Transfer knowledge, resolve conflicts and relay critical information across all multi-functional stakeholder environments
Effective prioritizing of tasks in a dynamic geographically dispersed, and deadline driven environment.
Strengthen processes with multiple functional stakeholders from beginning to end.
Performance of additional ad-hoc analysis as needed
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business-related field and 5 years of relevant financial experience OR an advanced degree and 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience using Microsoft Office tools (advanced excel preferred).
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience with SAP / PRISM/Business Warehouse.
Experience with Program Cost Controls & Earned Value Management (EVM).
Experience in aerospace and defense manufacturing/production based environment.
Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines.
Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize workload.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with peers, cross functional teammates & all levels of leadership.
Additional Information:
This position is grade P3, Principal Specialist, Program Cost Controls.
Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
Relocation assistance is not available.
