Job Description:

Homecare Physical Therapist 

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000

Ivy at Home
We are seeking a dynamic therapist to provide home-based care for patients until they are appropriate for transition to an outpatient clinic. These patients are medically stable and do not require skilled nursing services. Most cases will be ready to transition to in-clinic care within approximately 3 weeks. The caseload will primarily consist of post-operative joint arthroplasty, with occasional cases including fractures, neurological conditions, and general deconditioning. Great opportunity for any Physical Therapist with outpatient experience looking for some extra income.
