About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed treasury professional to join our growing team. In this high-impact role, you’ll manage day-to-day cash operations, optimize global liquidity, and ensure tight control over our financial infrastructure. You’ll help shape scalable processes, strengthen compliance, and play a key role in building a world-class treasury function. What You’ll Do

• Cash Management: Monitor daily cash positions, ensuring accurate liquidity levels, and forecast cash flows to support operational needs and strategic initiatives.

• Financial Operations: Oversee management of daily financial operations, including funding card operations, paying down debt, and ensuring business continuity.

• Banking Operations: Manage Ramp’s global bank account infrastructure, including working with Partnerships, Legal, and Accounting to open new bank accounts around the world. 

• Governance & Compliance: Perform key controls and build strong compliance muscle for Treasury.

• Process Optimization: Participate in technology projects aimed at enhancing treasury systems and workflows, driving efficiency and accuracy.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners, supporting negotiations and optimizing service terms.

• Market Awareness: Stay updated on Treasury/payments/market trends to inform strategic decisions and treasury practices.

What You Need 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in corporate treasury, banking, or a related financial role. Direct treasury experience is a plus, but candidates with strong banking backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Hands-on experience opening and managing global bank accounts, with a solid understanding of complex corporate treasury operations.

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, with the ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets effectively.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across internal teams and with external partners.

• Self-starter mentality with a high degree of ownership; comfortable navigating ambiguity and independently driving work forward.
