Family Medicine Physician - Transitional Primary Care Services

Dignity Health, one of the nation’s leading health care providers, and GoHealth Urgent Care, an on-demand consumer-centric care company, have partnered to operate a network of urgent care centers across San Francisco.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking experienced Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Med/Peds Physician to provide Primary Care services within our Lombard Street urgent care center.

• This new service line will see patients, with more chronic care needs, as they transition from Urgent Care to a new or established primary care provider.
• This role could also see some Urgent Care overflow.   
• No patient panels.

  Job Title: Physician, Pay Range: $275,000, plus bonus potential
  

We offer an Excellent Bonus Program:

• Earn a Quarterly Bonus of up to 15% on top of your base clinical base salary, based upon patient satisfaction scores, productivity and quality measures.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years recent experience treating chronic and acute conditions in adult patient populations.
• Primary Care experience is required; Urgent Care experience strongly preferred.
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), initial reads of EKGs and X-rays, along with comfort in managing chronic conditions such as COPD/Asthma, Diabetes, gout, hyperlipidemia, hypertension, hypothyroidism, etc.
• Physicians: Board Certified/eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Med-Peds
