Job Overview: 

• Assist the Child Care Center Manager and Assistant Manager in managing daily operations.
• Help ensure high-quality care for children in a safe and nurturing environment.
• Foster a compassionate, caring spirit in line with the community's health and well-being.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and guidelines for childcare.
• Use resources effectively, working within budget guidelines.
• Support the team in maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere.
• Ensure children’s needs are met and address any concerns promptly.

Required Certification/License/Experience: 

• Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education  
• Must acquire 20 hours of professional development annually.

• Current CPR/First Aid certification

Preferred Certification/License/Experience: 

• NAEYC Membership preferred.
