Job Description:

The Communications Strategist is responsible for supporting all aspects of internal communications for the Montage Health brand.

Under the leadership of the Communications Manager, the Communications Strategist helps develop, project manage, and implement comprehensive internal communication campaigns and strategies that align with Montage Health's overall goals and objectives.

Support a wide array of internal communication strategies that are vital to the organization’s success, including...

  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Craft clear, compelling, and consistent messages for various internal audiences, including intranet content, and executive communications.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to support change management initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communication efforts, using feedback and analytics to refine strategies.
  • Manage internal communication channels, including the intranet, ensuring timely and effective dissemination of information.
  • Organize and coordinate internal events, town halls, and other employee engagement activities.
  • Provide guidance and support to leadership on best practices for internal communication.

Manage relationships with external communications agencies and vendors when necessary to support project execution.

Experience

Five or more years of related experience in communication with a good understanding of internal communications is required. Preferably with some experience in the healthcare industry.

History of successful collaboration with colleagues, supervisor, and other stakeholders with a demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and execute strategic communications campaigns.

Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Must have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; creative thinking and problem-solving abilities; budget management experience; and strong project management skills. 

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
