Program Manager C2 SME V

SUMMARY

Arcticom LLC, a company within the BSNC family is currently seeking a qualified Program Manager C2 SME for a Foreign Military Sales Contract with work in Reston VA and Morocco.  This role is critical to ensuring effective command and control (C2) systems integration, program execution, and stakeholder coordination across domestic and international sites.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead C2 program planning, execution, and oversight.
• Serve as SME for C2 systems, ensuring operational effectiveness and compliance.
• Coordinate with U.S. and international partners to support mission objectives.
• Manage contract deliverables, schedules, and performance metrics.
• Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to project teams.

 

QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION

Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications

·         Education: Bachelor of Science

·         Experience: Minimum 25 years in military Air Defense, C4ISR, and Test & Evaluation.

·         Leadership: Proven experience as Program Manager, Senior Analyst, and Lead Test Engineer in DoD and contractor roles.

·         Military Training: Completion of advanced military courses such as: U.S. Air Force Weapons School,  U.S. Marine Corps Weapons and Tactics Instructor Course,  or U.S. Army ADAFCO Course

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

·         Deep understanding of Command and Control (C2) systems and architectures.

·         Program and test event planning, execution, and reporting.

·         Experience in Leading multidisciplinary teams across domestic and international locations.

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

·         Expertise in Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) simulation environments.

·         Experience in Integration of complex systems across classified networks.

·         Experience in the Development and implementation of Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).

·         Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving.
