HR Operations Manager

As the HR Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring our company culture is maintained and upheld. You will work to create a positive and productive work environment while ensuring the delivery and implementation of efficient HR systems and processes. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. This is our first dedicated HR role, and huge growth potential to grow into a head of HR position. This role currently reports to our CFO and works closely with our CEO.

Responsibilities

• Execute talent and recruiting strategy from the leadership team by sourcing and conducting first interviews
• Oversee the recruitment process to ensure we hit hiring goals to support growth
• Execute, implement, and refine company-wide HR policies and procedures
• Lead employee onboarding and ensure necessary documentation is completed
• Maintain and improve training and development programs for employees
• Manage employee benefit programs including open enrollment, claims, and vendor relationships
• Manage compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
• At least 5 years of HR experience, with 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong understanding of current employment laws and regulations
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Experience with HRIS and other HR-related software
