Position Summary: This role will support the Commercial Real Estate Leader for Commercial Banking and be accountable to drive business unit strategy and key organizational processes that enable improved operational effectiveness for the Commercial Bank within Texas Capital.

The Senior Analyst, Commercial Real Estate Business Enablement at Texas Capital plays a pivotal role in supporting the restructuring and enhancement of the Commercial Real Estate Banking group. This position is central to identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing innovative solutions to drive profitability. The role will engage with senior stakeholders across multiple markets and functions, gathering insights and feedback to streamline processes and improve overall business performance. This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills, capable of transforming complex challenges into actionable plans that support the business's growth and success.

By understanding the day-to-day operations of Texas Capital’s Commercial Real Estate Banking organization, the Business Enablement Senior Analyst will identify best practices and areas for improvement. Their primary responsibility is to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of core Commercial Real Estate Banking routines, ensuring seamless integration of successful practices across the organization. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong ability to communicate, prioritize, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with leadership team in evaluating current processes/functions, develop strategies to improve, and be accountable to drive changes.

• Develop and deliver senior executive presentations that clearly convey complex information and strategic plans while prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.

• Coordinate management/meeting routines across the Commercial Bank; attend meetings, track actions, and follow-up to completion.

• Coordinate with the Sales Enablement and Finance & Business Management teams to complete required business unit financial reporting and business management deliverables.

• Coordinate planning of annual goals and manage routines to track progress throughout the year utilizing company data sources.

• Partners closely with Project Management Office to ensure timely delivery of business unit related projects/programs (as applicable).

• Coordinate across stakeholders and prepare materials for:

  • Quarterly Business Reviews;

  • Operating Committee meetings;

  • Risk Committee meetings;

  • Special Project Meetings; and
