Physicians, Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant Opportunities Within Established and Growing Urgent Care Network in Delaware / Maryland!
- In this role, you will provide a wide variety of clinical services including treatment of acute episodic conditions such as sore throats, colds, flu-like symptoms, cuts, sprains and minor infections.
- It is essential to have excellent assessment skills to recognize more serious conditions and direct the patient to the emergency room for advanced care when necessary while going above and beyond to deliver an unparalleled patient experience.
- Full-Time, Full-time Flex (.95), which is 3 - 12 hr. shifts/week,
- Part-Time options of .78, .625 FTE. (Benefits come with .6 FTE and above)
- Weekends only or Extended Weekends (Saturday, Sunday, Monday)
- Extended hours available! *Shift availability to include Noon to Midnight and/or 8 a.m. to Midnight. (*Premium rates apply for specific schedules).

- Daily Volume Bonus paid monthly based on patient visit metrics met per shift (to reward those who work at the busier centers).
- Quarterly Bonus based upon patient satisfaction scores and quality measures.
- Minimum of 1 year recent full time experience in urgent care or emergency medicine
- Physician Assistants: Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification is required.
- Nurse Practitioners: Master’s degree and ANCC or AANP Certification is required
- Physicians: Board Certified in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine or Med-Peds
- State licensure in DE and/or MD
- Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), reading EKGs, X-rays and seeing all ages.
